A newborn infant who was recently adopted Pact, An Adoption Alliance, is a licensed non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status, incorporated in November, 1991 to serve US-born African American, Latino, Asian and multiracial children in need of adoption.

This policy defines Pact, An Adoption Alliance’s position to discrimination. It applies to all Pact employees, contractors and clients.
