The undersigned understands and agrees that individualized consultation with Pact, An Adoption Alliance, occurs prior to entering into a client agreement. Having a consultation does not make one either a client or a member of Pact. The undersigned understands and agrees that the amount due ($250.00) under this agreement is solely to pay for the consultation service rendered by Pact, An Adoption Alliance, and in no way shall be construed as payment for purchase of a child. The undersigned understands and agrees that the consultation fee paid under this agreement is not refundable. Accepted and Agreed to this day __________________of___________________19_____
