The undersigned understand and agree that Pact will take all necessary steps to facilitate possible adoptions, and unless otherwise agreed, will take an active approach to educating, preparing, and supporting both adoptive parents and birth parents in order to safeguard the interests of the child within the context of adoption.

The undersigned understand and agree that Pact, An Adoption Alliance, facilitates possible adoption but cannot provide legal assistance, medical services, or therapeutic services.

The undersigned understand and agree that Pact will strive for complete frankness and honesty with all parties in all dealings. We will not withhold information regarding principle parties but cannot be responsible for non-disclosure. We reserve the right to terminate client relationships if pertinent information is withheld.

All Pact services are free to birth parents.
